Powdermill Flock of Shetland Sheep | Preston, Lancashire, North West

We have a small flock of Shetlands on the rough grazing at the base of a fell within the Forest of Bowland in Lancashire. 

We try to breed for gulmoget in both black and moorit as well as dark grey katmoget but as shetlands do, we have oddities crop up too! We also like spotting so most will carry this gene even if they don't show spot markings themselves. 

All are bucket trained and respectful of fences and walls. Only well mannered tups are used within our breeding plans either homebred or bought in and all our breeding boys are alter trained. We enjoy attending summer shows with the flock and have had various successes.
